To re-use a guide, no changes - not even minor adjustments - must be made to the previous version. Since the guide links may be live in a running course, the CDG must be approved, and all external website permission requests should be cleared prior to the library processing these re-use requests. Any changes would be a change of scope and would require the guide to be entirely rebuilt. As with a regular build request, permission requests must be included for each external website on the re-used guide. Links to permission requests should be included in the description.
