To search the permissions database:
- Open the project External Websites: Permissions Database in Asana.
- To access this project more easily in the future, mark it as a favorite by pressing the star icon (⭐) at the top of the project.
- In the project toolbar, click the Search this view (Q) icon.
- In the search box that appears, enter part or all of the copyright owner. Keep in mind you may have to try a few different combinations, particularly if it's a complex site.
- Press Search.
- Review the results to determine whether a record exists for your desired website.
- If one does, use the copy task link button 🔗 at the top of the task to easily copy a permalink to that record.
