The library has databases devoted to videos in its collection. Here are some of our more popular multimedia databases.

Academic Video Online includes videos such as documentaries, interviews, performances, and news. Topic covered include art, business, counseling, criminal justice, economics, literature, history, music, nursing, political science, religion, and science.

Films on Demand provides videos on a wide range of topics, including humanities and social sciences, business and economics, science, and health.

Use the Advanced Search link to limit your search to a specific subject (psychology, counseling, business, etc)

Nursing@Ovid includes video, audio, and image files covering topics such as critical care, pediatric nursing, emergency medicine, and pharmacology.

Nursing Education in Video focuses on the education and training of nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare workers. All of the videos in the collection have been created with the guidance of the Medcom-Trainex advisory board, and are regularly reviewed for accuracy, currency, and compliance with appropriate US federal regulations.

Sage Education Video Collection provides videos covering a range of teaching settings and situations, covering topics such as early childhood education, educational administration and leadership, learning theories, and educational research methods.
