Using a resource for a class presentation or assignment is generally allowed under fair use copyright laws. However, it can be less clear if the presentation or discussion post is made more widely available (beyond the classroom, for example, by posting it on the internet), or if the material is sold or in some way made commercially available.
Sharing a link to the resource (rather than copying and pasting it into the discussion post or presentation) is allowable, although you should always include a proper citation. If you are using a University of Phoenix Library resource, you can find instructions on how to include a stable, working link on our linking guide (our databases require a login, so the URL address for a resource may not work).
