I’m seeing an error message in the library indicating a file can’t be downloaded securely or an image is not displaying on the site.

Our website provider rolled out a change in July 2020 requiring our site to use HTTPS instead of HTTP in all of our URLs. This means that content using an HTTP link instead of an HTTPS link may display a security error when you try to access it or, in the case of an image on our site, will not display correctly.

When this happens, please contact us through Ask Us! with the page you found the link or image on so we can fix it.

For more information, you can read Google's blog entry: "Protecting users from insecure download in Google Chrome" dated February 6, 2020.
