Prior to 2020, textbooks were available through VitalSource Bookshelf. If more than a year has passed since you accessed your course, you may need to access these titles via the desktop version of Bookshelf, which has more robust capabilities than Bookshelf Online.
To download Bookshelf Desktop, visit the VitalSource Bookshelf Download Page and select the download button for the appropriate operating system.
